PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero)is the national airline of Indonesia. It is named after the mythical bird Garuda. It is headquartered at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang. Dalam Tahun Anggaran 2010, Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI) akan menyelenggarakan penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) sebanyak 49 (empat puluh sembilan) orang terdiri dari Sarjana Strata Satu (S1) dan Diploma Tiga (D3) yang akan ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia sesuai dengan ruang lingkup fungsi dan tugas ANRI, dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :

I. JENIS JABATAN DAN KUALIFIKASI PENDIDIKAN


II. PERSYARATAN
A. Persyaratan Umum
1.
Warga Negara Indonesia yang bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan taat kepada Pancasila dan UUD 1945;
2.
Sehat jasmani dan rohani;
3.
Lulus pendidikan formal S1 atau D3 dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri atau Swasta yang terakreditasi A dan B;
4.
Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota Partai Politik;
5.
Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS/Calon Anggota TNI/ POLRI, atau anggota TNI/POLRI;
6.
Tidak pernah menggunakan dan/atau memperdagangkan narkoba dan/atau zat-zat psikotropika secara tidak sah;
7.
Tidak pernah diberhentikan sebagai PNS / Anggota TNI/POLRI;
8.
Tidak pernah diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;
9.
Tidak pernah atau sedang menjalani pidana penjara karena kasus kriminal;
10.
Tidak bersuami/beristerikan seorang yang berkewarganegaraan asing atau tanpa kewarganegaraan;
11.
Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

B. Persyaratan Khusus
1.
Memenuhi persyaratan jenjang pendidikan jurusan atau program studi yang sesuai dengan formasi yang tersedia;
2.
Dapat mengoperasikan komputer;
3.
Mempunyai Sertifikat TOEFL lebih diutamakan nilai minimal 400;
4.
Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif untuk S1 dan D3 Perguruan Tinggi Negeri minimal 2,75 dan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta minimal 3,00;
5.
Berusia setinggi-tingginya 35 tahun untuk S1 dan 30 tahun untuk D3 per 30 November 2010;


III. PENDAFTARAN
1. Pendaftaran lamaran dibuka tanggal 3 November 2010 dan ditutup tanggal 12 November 2010 setiap hari kerja Senin - Jum'at mulai jam 08.00 - 16.00 WIB dengan mengisi formulir pendaftaran;
2.
Formulir pendaftaran dapat diunduh pada lampiran Pengumuman ini atau diambil secara langsung di Panitia Penerimaan CPNS ANRI, Jl. Ampera Raya Nomor 7, Jakarta Selatan;
3.
Lamaran diterima Panitia paling lambat tanggal 12 November 2010 pukul 14.00 WIB;
4.
Formulir pendaftaran yang telah diisi dikirim secara langsung maupun via pos (tidak menerima pengiriman via email) dilampiri dengan :
a.
Surat lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri di atas kertas folio bergaris dan ditujukan kepada Kepala ANRI c.q. Panitia Penerimaan CPNS ANRI, Jl. Ampera Raya Nomor 7, Jakarta Selatan 12560;
b.
Foto kopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk yang masih berlaku;
c.
Foto kopi Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
d.
Surat Keterangan Berbadan Sehat dari Dokter;
e.
Foto kopi ijazah dan transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
f.
Foto kopi Kartu Pencari Kerja (AK1) dari Departemen Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
g.
Daftar Riwayat Hidup;
h.
Foto kopi Sertifikat TOEFL;
i.
Pas Photo berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 5 (lima) lembar (tulis nama jelas);
5.
Formulir pendaftaran beserta lampiran tersebut disusun rapi sesuai urutan di atas dalam map dengan warna:
a.
Biru untuk S1 Administrasi Negara, Ekonomi Akuntansi, Ekonomi Studi Pembangunan, Ilmu Politik/Ilmu Pemerintahan, dan Komunikasi;
b.
Kuning untuk S1 Hubungan Internasional, Ekonomi Perbankan, Elektro, dan Teknik Informatika/Manajemen Informatika/Sistem Informasi/Komputer;
c.
Hijau untuk S1 Hukum, Sastra Belanda, Sastra Inggris, Sejarah, dan Sosiologi;
d.
Merah untuk D3 Elektro, Kearsipan, dan Teknik Sipil

6.
Bagi Pelamar yang mengirimkan Formulir pendaftaran beserta lampiran via pos, dimasukan dalam amplop.


IV. PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI ADMINISTRASI
1. Bagi Pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan administrasi akan diumumkan melalui papan pengumuman di ANRI dan Website ANRI http://www.anri.go.id// pada tanggal 15 November 2010;
2.
Bagi Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi, dapat mengambil Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian tanggal 16 dan 18 November 2010 di ANRI dengan menunjukan Tanda Terima Berkas Lamaran.


V. MATERI DAN PELAKSANAAN UJIAN
A.
Tahapan dan Materi Ujian
Ujian Penerimaan CPNS ANRI dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) tahap, yaitu :
Tahap I :
1.
Ujian Tertulis, terdiri dari 2 (dua) materi yang diujikan yaitu :
a.
Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD) dengan sistem Computer Assisted Test (CAT), meliputi:
1) Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU)
2) Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS)
3) Tes Skala Kematangan (TSK)
b.
Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB);
Tes pengetahuan sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan.
2.
Bagi yang lulus Ujian Tahap I berhak untuk mengikuti ujian berikutnya.
Tahap II :
Ujian Wawancara

B.
Pelaksanaan Ujian
1. Ujian dilaksanakan di ANRI Jakarta.
2. Jadwal Ujian Tahap I akan diumumkan pada saat Pengumuman Hasil Seleksi Administrasi.
3. Bagi Pelamar yang lulus ujian TKD, berhak mengikuti ujian TKB.
4. Bagi Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus Ujian Tahap I, akan diikutsertakan pada Ujian Tahap II dengan jadwal dapat dilihat pada Papan Pengumuman ANRI atau website ANRI http://www.anri.go.id// pada saat Pengumuman Hasil Ujian Tahap I.

VI. KETENTUAN LAIN
1. Ujian penerimaan CPNS ANRI tidak dipungut biaya;
2.
ANRI tidak bertanggung jawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan ANRI atau Panitia;
3. Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tidak akan diproses;
4.
Berkas lamaran yang diterima menjadi milik Panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh Pelamar;
5. Seleksi dilakukan dengan sistem gugur dan keputusan Panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat;
6.
Lamaran yang diterima ANRI sebelum tanggal pengumuman ini, dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
