Dalam Tahun Anggaran 2010, Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI) akan menyelenggarakan penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) sebanyak 49 (empat puluh sembilan) orang terdiri dari Sarjana Strata Satu (S1) dan Diploma Tiga (D3) yang akan ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia sesuai dengan ruang lingkup fungsi dan tugas ANRI, dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :

I. JENIS JABATAN DAN KUALIFIKASI PENDIDIKAN


II. PERSYARATAN
A. Persyaratan Umum
1.
Warga Negara Indonesia yang bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan taat kepada Pancasila dan UUD 1945;
2.
Sehat jasmani dan rohani;
3.
Lulus pendidikan formal S1 atau D3 dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri atau Swasta yang terakreditasi A dan B;
4.
Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota Partai Politik;
5.
Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS/Calon Anggota TNI/ POLRI, atau anggota TNI/POLRI;
6.
Tidak pernah menggunakan dan/atau memperdagangkan narkoba dan/atau zat-zat psikotropika secara tidak sah;
7.
Tidak pernah diberhentikan sebagai PNS / Anggota TNI/POLRI;
8.
Tidak pernah diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;
9.
Tidak pernah atau sedang menjalani pidana penjara karena kasus kriminal;
10.
Tidak bersuami/beristerikan seorang yang berkewarganegaraan asing atau tanpa kewarganegaraan;
11.
Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

B. Persyaratan Khusus
1.
Memenuhi persyaratan jenjang pendidikan jurusan atau program studi yang sesuai dengan formasi yang tersedia;
2.
Dapat mengoperasikan komputer;
3.
Mempunyai Sertifikat TOEFL lebih diutamakan nilai minimal 400;
4.
Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif untuk S1 dan D3 Perguruan Tinggi Negeri minimal 2,75 dan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta minimal 3,00;
5.
Berusia setinggi-tingginya 35 tahun untuk S1 dan 30 tahun untuk D3 per 30 November 2010;


III. PENDAFTARAN
1. Pendaftaran lamaran dibuka tanggal 3 November 2010 dan ditutup tanggal 12 November 2010 setiap hari kerja Senin - Jum'at mulai jam 08.00 - 16.00 WIB dengan mengisi formulir pendaftaran;
2.
Formulir pendaftaran dapat diunduh pada lampiran Pengumuman ini atau diambil secara langsung di Panitia Penerimaan CPNS ANRI, Jl. Ampera Raya Nomor 7, Jakarta Selatan;
3.
Lamaran diterima Panitia paling lambat tanggal 12 November 2010 pukul 14.00 WIB;
4.
Formulir pendaftaran yang telah diisi dikirim secara langsung maupun via pos (tidak menerima pengiriman via email) dilampiri dengan :
a.
Surat lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri di atas kertas folio bergaris dan ditujukan kepada Kepala ANRI c.q. Panitia Penerimaan CPNS ANRI, Jl. Ampera Raya Nomor 7, Jakarta Selatan 12560;
b.
Foto kopi Kartu Tanda Penduduk yang masih berlaku;
c.
Foto kopi Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
d.
Surat Keterangan Berbadan Sehat dari Dokter;
e.
Foto kopi ijazah dan transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
f.
Foto kopi Kartu Pencari Kerja (AK1) dari Departemen Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi yang dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
g.
Daftar Riwayat Hidup;
h.
Foto kopi Sertifikat TOEFL;
i.
Pas Photo berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 5 (lima) lembar (tulis nama jelas);
5.
Formulir pendaftaran beserta lampiran tersebut disusun rapi sesuai urutan di atas dalam map dengan warna:
a.
Biru untuk S1 Administrasi Negara, Ekonomi Akuntansi, Ekonomi Studi Pembangunan, Ilmu Politik/Ilmu Pemerintahan, dan Komunikasi;
b.
Kuning untuk S1 Hubungan Internasional, Ekonomi Perbankan, Elektro, dan Teknik Informatika/Manajemen Informatika/Sistem Informasi/Komputer;
c.
Hijau untuk S1 Hukum, Sastra Belanda, Sastra Inggris, Sejarah, dan Sosiologi;
d.
Merah untuk D3 Elektro, Kearsipan, dan Teknik Sipil

6.
Bagi Pelamar yang mengirimkan Formulir pendaftaran beserta lampiran via pos, dimasukan dalam amplop.


IV. PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI ADMINISTRASI
1. Bagi Pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan administrasi akan diumumkan melalui papan pengumuman di ANRI dan Website ANRI http://www.anri.go.id// pada tanggal 15 November 2010;
2.
Bagi Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi, dapat mengambil Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian tanggal 16 dan 18 November 2010 di ANRI dengan menunjukan Tanda Terima Berkas Lamaran.


V. MATERI DAN PELAKSANAAN UJIAN
A.
Tahapan dan Materi Ujian
Ujian Penerimaan CPNS ANRI dilaksanakan dalam 2 (dua) tahap, yaitu :
Tahap I :
1.
Ujian Tertulis, terdiri dari 2 (dua) materi yang diujikan yaitu :
a.
Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD) dengan sistem Computer Assisted Test (CAT), meliputi:
1) Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU)
2) Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS)
3) Tes Skala Kematangan (TSK)
b.
Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB);
Tes pengetahuan sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan.
2.
Bagi yang lulus Ujian Tahap I berhak untuk mengikuti ujian berikutnya.
Tahap II :
Ujian Wawancara

B.
Pelaksanaan Ujian
1. Ujian dilaksanakan di ANRI Jakarta.
2. Jadwal Ujian Tahap I akan diumumkan pada saat Pengumuman Hasil Seleksi Administrasi.
3. Bagi Pelamar yang lulus ujian TKD, berhak mengikuti ujian TKB.
4. Bagi Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus Ujian Tahap I, akan diikutsertakan pada Ujian Tahap II dengan jadwal dapat dilihat pada Papan Pengumuman ANRI atau website ANRI http://www.anri.go.id// pada saat Pengumuman Hasil Ujian Tahap I.

VI. KETENTUAN LAIN
1. Ujian penerimaan CPNS ANRI tidak dipungut biaya;
2.
ANRI tidak bertanggung jawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan ANRI atau Panitia;
3. Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tidak akan diproses;
4.
Berkas lamaran yang diterima menjadi milik Panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh Pelamar;
5. Seleksi dilakukan dengan sistem gugur dan keputusan Panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat;
6.
Lamaran yang diterima ANRI sebelum tanggal pengumuman ini, dinyatakan tidak berlaku.

II. PERSYARATAN UMUM

Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI)

Berusia 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan maksimal 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada tanggal 01 Desember 2010

Bagi pelamar yang berusia lebih dari 35 tahun dan belum berusia 40 tahun pada 1 Desember 2010 harus melampirkan foto copy sah surat keputusan/bukti pengangkatan pertama dan terakhir masa kerja pengabdian pada instansi pemerintah/lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum sejak tanggal 1 April 1997 sampai saat ini masih bertugas.

Sehat Jasmani, Rohani dan bebas NARKOBA

Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap.

Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/ Anggota TNI/Polri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.

Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS atau Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan tidak sedang menjalani perjanjian /kontrak kerja/ikatan dinas pada instansi lain.


III. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS

1.Di lingkungan Ditjen PMPTK seluruh peserta jenjang S1 wajib memiliki sekurang-kurangnya TOEFL450 atau TOEIC dengan nilai minimal 600-730.

2.Di lingkungan Ditjen PNFI khusus untuk pelamar Jurusan Bahasa Inggris wajib memiliki sekurang-kurangnya TOEFL500, dan untuk jenjang kualifikasi kualifikasi SMK Mesin dan Otomotif harus memiliki SIM A.

3.Di lingkungan Dikti pelamar bidang Hubungan Internasional wajib memiliki sekurang-kurangnya TOEFL 450.

IV.TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN/LAMARAN (REGISTRASI SECARA ONLINE)

a.Pelamar wajib memiliki alamat email yang aktif untuk mengikuti proses rekrutmen CPNS Kemdiknas.

b.Pelamar harus mengisi pendaftaran secara online di alamat http://cpns.Kemdiknas.go.id dan mengikuti tata cara pendaftaran di portal pengadaan.

c.Mengirim berkas lamaran ke alamat PO BOX yang telah ditentukan yang datanya

dapat diunduh pada saat pendaftaran online setelah pelamar mendapatkan nomor pendaftaran, dimasukkan dalam Stop Map dengan ketentuan warna pemmbeda:

Warna merah untuk pelamar S2/S3.

Warna biru untuk pelamar DIV/S1.

Warna kuning untuk pelamar D2/D3.

Warna Abu-abu untuk pelamar SLTA.

d.Selanjutnya stop map dimasukkan ke dalam amplop coklat tertutup, dengan mencantumkan kode jabatan yang dilamar dan nomor pendaftaran pada sampul depan kiri atas amplop. Berkas ditujukan kepada Menteri Pendidikan Nasional c.q pimpinan unit kerja yang dilamar, diterima pos paling lambat tanggal 20 Oktober 2010 stempel pos.

e.Berkas lamaran dimasukkan dalam Stop Map dengan ketentuan warna pembeda:

Warna merah untuk pelamar S2/S3.

Warna biru untuk pelamar DIV/S1.

Warna kuning untuk pelamar D2/D3.

-Warna Abu-abu untuk pelamar SLTA.

f.Berkas lamaran disusun dengan urutan sbb.

1) Pas Foto berwarna (gambar muka tampak utuh), ukuran 3X6 cm 4 lembar, pada bagian belakang ditulis nama dan nomor KTP yang masih berlaku, dan dimasukkan ke dalam kantong plastik.

2)Foto copy KTP yang masih berlaku.

3)Print out asli bukti registrasi pendaftaran online.

4)Surat Lamaran yang ditulis tangan tinta hitam.

5)Foto Copy Ijazah yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang. Bagi yang memiliki ijazah luar negeri harus telah terakreditasi Dikti Kemdiknas.

6)Bagi pelamar yang berusia lebih dari 35 tahun dan belum berusia 40 tahun pada 1 Desember 2010 harus melampirkan foto copy sah surat keputusan/bukti pengangkatan pertama dan terakhir masa kerja pengabdian pada instansi pemerintah/lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum sejak tanggal 1 April 1997 sampai saat ini masih bertugas.


Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi sarat usia, kialifikasi pendidikan, tidak lengkap, dan tidak urut sebagaimana uraian di atas dinyatakan gugur.

Sr CAD Specialist
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
Provide drafting and 3D Computer Aided Design support to Project Teams and departmental infrastructure in specialized or general disciplined areas .
Produce final engineering design documents such as three-dimensional models, detialed arrangements of equipment and components, fabrication drawings etc based on UOP design practices, industry standards and client specifications.
The designer shall coordinate with Project Manager, Fabricator and Client to convey UOP engineering design requirements to be incorporated in the completed project design.
The designer is expected to develop and generate UOP practices and standards in 2 and 3D design.
Perform 2D drafting of Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID) using AutoCad software for the Kuala Lumpur Design Office.
Attend and participate in customer meetings both on and off-site as assigned.
Explain the UOP standard nomenclature and drafting standards to clients.
Consult with the process engineer to create a project specific draft P&ID for internal review based on UOP standard design.
Attend and participate in internal P&ID drawing review and mark-up the project drawings per UOP standards for drafting.
Incorporate all design changes in a timely fashion for review by the process engineer.
Develop expertise in a specific technology area. Perform 2D drafting work for other UOP offices as required.
Construct 3D models for piping and equipment layout utilizing Autoplant software based on UOP and/or client piping specifications.
Conduct internal and external 3D model reviews explaining and defending design decisions.
Organize and prioritize work to meet schedule for 60% and 90% client model review.
Initiates and contributes to development and maintenance of infrastructure such as design tools, design manuals, model attributes and specification templates and shares improvements with colleagues. Develop expertise in a specific technology for optimal piping and equipment layout including offshore design practices.
Develop expertise in Autoplant software to become ‘super-user’ who can mentor others in 3D design.
Develop and maintain department 2D PFD and P&ID templates incorporating UOP and industry standards and best practices.
Develop and maintain department 3D models and templates for use in the Kuala Lumpur Design Center and other UOP offices.
Continuous learning of Autoplant 3D modeling software. Be able to proactively learn other software such as PDMS or PDS for 3D modeling.
Work with Project Manager and Team in weekly meetings and schedule updates to ensure projects are on schedule during the course of the project. Coordinating and leading the client 2D P&ID review and reading the client 3D model review.
Work with Lead Designer and other UOP offices to agree on standards and best practices ; sharing workload with international offices ; convincing customer’s engineers of design options that are proposed
Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 3-8 years experience in EPC Engineering company or equivalent.
Detailed knowledge of ANSI piping classes and typical O&G piping standards.
Experience with AutoCadd drafting required. Knowledge and some experience with AutoPlant, PDMS or PDS 3D modeling software is desirable.
Capable of integrating piping standards into a detailed layout of a process unit.
Good English communication skills.
Capable of working independently and as part of a project team. Ability to work effectively with team members of all disciplines.
Able to check the work of self and others for technical accuracy and compliance with established guidelines and procedures. Self-motivated and motivates colleagues; does not wait for work to be identified.
Assists in training of less experienced designers.
