In order to fill the vacancy formation Civil Servants Ministry of Commerce, we opened an opportunity for Indonesian citizen interested in a candidate for Civil Servants with the provisions of the Ministry of Commerce and the selection process as follows: 

A. FORMASI VACANCY AND EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS 
Total Formation and Education Qualification required to fill a vacancy in the offices and placement as follows: (Please be downloaded below) 

B. Requirements Applicants 

1. General Requirements: 
a. Indonesian citizen; 
b. Obedient to God Almighty; 
c. Integrity has a high regard for Homeland; 
d. Minimum age 18 years and maximum 35 years as of December 31, 2010; 
e. Not located as CPNS / PNS, Prospective Members / Members of Armed Forces / Police; 
f. Not incorporated as a Board Member or political party; 
g. There was never dismissed with respect not his own request or not with respect as PNS / TNI / police, or dismissed employees did not respectfully as Private; 
h. There was never sentenced to prison or jail under court decision; 
i. Levels of education and meet the specified educational qualification. 

2. Special Requirements: 
a. Passed State Universities / Private Colleges accredited National Accreditation Board of Higher Education No. evidenced by SK from the National Accreditation Board and listed on the diploma / transcript. 
b. For graduates of Higher Education in Foreign Affairs, must be approved by the Directorate General of Higher Education along with the conversion of GPA into a scale of 4. 
c. Minimum GPA of 2.75 is proved by a copy of Final Transcript. 

C. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES 
1. Each applicant must register online through the website of the Ministry of Commerce www.depdag.go.id 
2. Send the application file to the Committee at PO BOX 3433 Jakarta 10 034 which consists of:
a. Exam Participants sign printed on A4 size paper as much as 1 (one) sheet that is affixed to two (two) recent color photographs size 4 × 6 and signed at the place specified (download). 
b. Letter of Application and Declaration to be printed on one (one) sheet of A4 paper that has been stamped signature on the seal USD. 6000. (Download). 
c. Copy of diploma, 1 (one) sheet. 
d. Copy of transcript value of 1 (one) sheet. 
All the files on the points axis / dd inserted in legal-sized brown envelopes which have been affixed with the address, on the right-bottom and the registration number / name / qualifications of applicants (barcode) on the left-top (of the download). Sample envelopes are sent as attached. 

D. IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE AND SELECTION MECHANISM 
1. The mechanism for the selection process: 
a. Applicants must register online through the website of the Ministry of Commerce; 
b. Applicants receive reg id and download files that are then printed on A4 paper (letter of application and statement and sign Participants Exam) 
c. Applicants must submit all the required files over via PO.BOX 
d. File a signed application according to the quota will be processed by the committee and the file of applicants who meet the requirements of exam participants will be issued alerts that have been initialed and stamped by the committee (authenticated); 
e. Applicants who pass the selection will be announced through the website administration to take the exam candidate signs that have been authenticated, according to the announcement stage (stages I to IV); 
f. Participant sign-making exam done by the applicant on the place and time specified, after the applicant has passed the administrative selection; 
g. If the applicant is absent, mark-making can be represented by Exam Participants bring their ID cards, and barcode id reg applicants; 
h. Applicants eligible for the written examination if the candidate has obtained Exam Alerts that have been authenticated;

g. Announcements administration passed the selection phase IV: October 7, 2010 
h. Participants sign distribution phases I and II Examination: October 2, 2010 
i. Participants sign distribution stage III and IV Exam: October 9, 2010 
j. Written Exam: October 12, 2010 
k. Announcement of the written exam: October 19, 2010 
l. Psychological test and interview: 25 s / d October 28, 2010 
m. Announcements graduated and was accepted as a civil servant: 15 November 2010
